Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Replx, including the Replx website at replx.app, Replx account pages, backend services, billing flows, support and uninstall forms, and the Replx Chrome extension.

Replx helps users generate and improve reply drafts for X. Replx is a drafting tool. It does not own your X account, control X, guarantee X reach or engagement, or decide whether X allows, limits, suspends, or bans an account.

Your agreement

By creating an account, installing the extension, using the website, starting a checkout, sending a support message, or otherwise using Replx, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Replx.

You may use Replx only if you are allowed to enter into these terms and only for lawful purposes. If you use Replx for a company, client, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to use Replx for that work.

The service

Replx provides AI-assisted reply drafting, reply improvement, saved reply settings, account-based credits and plan limits, optional post highlighting for eligible plans, and related account and billing features.

The Chrome extension runs on x.com, twitter.com, and pro.x.com so it can add Replx controls near X reply composers, read the relevant visible X post for reply context, read your current draft when you ask Replx to improve it, insert generated draft text into a composer, and support post highlighting when enabled.

Replx does not post replies automatically. Generated and improved replies are drafts. You choose whether to edit, delete, ignore, or post those drafts on X.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your Google login, Replx website session, and Replx extension key secure. Do not share your account or extension key in a way that lets someone else use Replx without authorization.

You are responsible for all activity under your Replx account, including prompts, generated drafts, improved drafts, saved settings, billing actions, support messages, and extension activity. Tell us through the support page if you believe your Replx account or extension key has been compromised.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe an account is being abused, used fraudulently, used to attack or overload the service, used to violate these terms, or used in a way that creates risk for Replx, other users, service providers, or third parties.

Acceptable use

You must use Replx responsibly. You may not use Replx to break the law, infringe rights, harass people, impersonate others, deceive people, distribute malware, evade platform enforcement, attack Replx systems, reverse engineer private service code, resell unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.

You may not use Replx to create, coordinate, or scale spam. This includes mass unsolicited replies, repetitive or low-quality engagement, bot-like posting patterns, fake engagement, platform manipulation, deceptive promotion, or replying at a volume or cadence that violates X's rules or triggers X enforcement.

You are responsible for making sure your use of Replx and anything you post on X complies with X's terms, rules, automation policies, rate limits, spam policies, and account safety requirements. Replx may provide draft text, but you decide whether, when, where, and how often to post.

X account responsibility

X is a separate third-party platform. Replx does not control X's ranking, moderation, spam detection, rate limits, account restrictions, verification, visibility filtering, suspensions, bans, appeals, or account recovery decisions.

If X limits, locks, suspends, bans, shadow-limits, reduces reach for, or otherwise penalizes your X account because you replied too often, posted spam, violated X rules, used automation in a prohibited way, or triggered X enforcement systems, that is your responsibility and not Replx's responsibility.

Replx is not liable for loss of an X account, loss of followers, reduced reach, reduced engagement, lost revenue, missed opportunities, moderation actions, appeal outcomes, or other consequences from how you use drafts generated through Replx.

Generated content

Replx uses AI systems to generate and improve reply drafts from the information and settings you provide. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, repetitive, similar to other content, unsuitable for your audience, or wrong for the context.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving every draft before posting it. Do not rely on Replx as a source of truth, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, professional advice, or a substitute for your own judgment.

As between you and Replx, you are responsible for the prompts, draft text, final posted replies, and consequences of publishing or using generated content. You should not submit confidential, sensitive, private, or legally privileged information unless you are comfortable with it being processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Plans, credits, and billing

Replx may offer free account credits, paid monthly plans, plan reply allowances, feature gates, and other usage limits. Current plan details are shown on the pricing page and account page. Plan features, model access, reply limits, credit rules, and prices may change over time.

Extra credits are account credits used when you do not have an active subscription or when a capped paid plan has reached its monthly reply allowance. Credits do not have cash value, are not a stored-value account, are not transferable, and may be adjusted, limited, or removed to correct errors, prevent abuse, comply with law, or protect the service.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By starting checkout or managing a subscription, you may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms, payment flow, billing emails, tax handling, and customer portal. Replx does not collect or store your full payment card number.

You can manage or cancel an active subscription from the Replx account page when account and billing systems are available. Cancellation timing, renewal dates, and continued access through the end of a paid period are reflected in the account page and billing provider records. Unless required by law or stated separately in writing, fees already paid are not automatically refundable.

Third-party services

Replx relies on third-party services including Google for sign-in, fonts, Chrome browser and Chrome Web Store functionality; PostHog for website analytics; OpenAI for AI reply generation and improvement; Convex for backend hosting and data storage; Lemon Squeezy for checkout and subscription management; and X because the extension operates on X pages you visit.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, limits, outages, errors, and enforcement decisions. Replx is not responsible for third-party services or for changes those services make to their products, policies, APIs, pricing, review processes, or account systems.

Privacy and data

The Privacy Policy explains what Replx collects, how data is used, how data is shared with processors, and what choices you have. By using Replx, you understand that Replx processes account, settings, usage, billing, support, extension, and reply-generation data as described there.

You are responsible for the information you submit to Replx and for making sure you have the right to submit it. Do not use Replx to collect, process, or expose someone else's private information without permission or another valid basis.

Ownership and feedback

Replx and its software, website, extension, designs, names, logos, service code, and related materials belong to Replx or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Replx to you.

You may use Replx only as allowed by these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or provide access to Replx except as permitted by normal use of the service or by written permission from Replx.

If you send feedback, bug reports, ideas, or suggestions, Replx may use them without owing compensation or attribution to you.

Service changes

Replx may update, improve, restrict, pause, discontinue, or remove parts of the service at any time. This includes changes to the website, extension, backend, account features, models, prompts, styles, tones, post highlighting, credits, plans, pricing, limits, and supported domains.

Replx may also block traffic, throttle usage, require re-authentication, rotate extension keys, change plan enforcement, or disable features to protect the service, comply with law, respond to provider changes, or prevent abuse.

Disclaimers and limits

Replx is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that Replx will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every browser or X page, available in every location, accepted by the Chrome Web Store forever, or suitable for any particular result.

We do not guarantee reply quality, accuracy, originality, safety, legality, engagement, follower growth, revenue, X account health, platform compliance, or that generated drafts will avoid spam detection or moderation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Replx disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, followers, engagement, goodwill, data, content, accounts, business opportunities, or platform access.

Indemnity

To the extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Replx harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Replx, your posted content, your violation of these terms, your violation of X rules or third-party rights, or your unlawful or abusive activity.

Termination

You may stop using Replx at any time. You can uninstall the extension, sign out of the extension, sign out of the website, cancel a subscription, or delete your Replx account from the account page when those features are available.

Replx may suspend or terminate access at any time if necessary to enforce these terms, prevent abuse, protect the service, comply with law, address security risks, or respond to provider requirements. Some terms, including responsibility for posted content, billing obligations, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity, and ownership provisions, may continue after access ends.

Terms changes

Replx may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date. If a change materially affects the service or your obligations, Replx will provide notice as appropriate for the service.

By continuing to use Replx after updated terms go live, you agree to the updated terms.
